MTÜ Südamete Soojus provides direct charitable assistance to individuals and families facing difficult life circumstances.

Each application is reviewed individually. To enable us to objectively assess your situation and determine whether assistance can be provided, please submit the following information and supporting documents.

  • Full name
    • Date of birth
    • Residential address
    • Contact phone number
    • Email address
    • Bank account number (IBAN)
    • Copy of ID card or other identification document
  1. Information About Income
  • Source of income (salary, benefits, pension, etc.)
    • Total monthly household income (EUR)
    • Family composition (number of adults and children)
    • Average monthly income per family member (if known)
    • Other sources of income (if applicable)
  1. Information About Expenses
  • Monthly housing expenses (rent, utilities, housing loan payments, etc.)
    • Medical and healthcare expenses
    • Expenses for food, clothing, transportation, and other essential needs
  1. Medical Documents

If your request is related to a medical condition, please attach up-to-date medical certificates, hospital reports, specialist opinions, or other documents confirming the need for assistance.

  1. Financial Documents

Please provide a bank account statement covering the last 3 months.

  1. Description of the Situation

Please explain:

  • Why you need assistance
    • What type of assistance is required
    • The amount needed (if financial assistance is requested)
    • What steps you have already taken to resolve the situation yourself

Submitting a complete set of documents does not guarantee that assistance will be provided.

All applications are reviewed individually, taking into account the organisation's available resources, current projects, and funding opportunities.

The organisation may request additional documents or information necessary for an objective assessment of the situation.

Personal data and documents are used solely for the purpose of reviewing the application and are not shared with third parties without a legal basis.

The average review period is up to 14 working days.

Please note that the organisation does not provide cash payments directly to applicants. If assistance is approved, support may be provided through direct payment for necessary goods or services, or in another form determined by the organisation.
